As a licensed Realtor in both South Carolina and Georgia, I specialize in the Upstate South Carolina and North Georgia markets, with a particular focus on the communities surrounding Lake Hartwell. Since beginning my real estate career in 2018, I have built my business around providing knowledgeable, personalized service to buyers and sellers throughout the region.

I work with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, sellers, waterfront property owners, and clients relocating to or from the Upstate. I especially enjoy helping clients who are new to the area and need a trusted local resource to guide them through the process.

Relocation

Relocating can be exciting, but it can also come with a lot of questions and moving parts. Having personally relocated between states, I understand the importance of having someone who can provide more than just information about available homes. I help relocation clients learn about different communities, understand local markets, identify properties that fit their lifestyle and needs, and navigate the buying or selling process from start to finish.

Whether you're moving to the Upstate for work, family, a change in lifestyle, retirement, or simply a desire to call this beautiful area home, I work to make the transition as organized and stress-free as possible. I also assist clients who are relocating away from the area and need guidance preparing and selling their home while coordinating the timing of their move.

Lake Hartwell & Waterfront Real Estate

Lake Hartwell is another area of particular expertise and passion for me. I understand the unique considerations that come with waterfront property, including shoreline characteristics, docks, water access, and US Army Corps of Engineers regulations. Whether buying or selling a lake property, I strive to provide the specialized knowledge needed to navigate these unique transactions.

My approach to real estate is centered on honest communication, attention to detail, patience, and strong advocacy. I take the time to listen to my clients' goals and work diligently to negotiate favorable terms while keeping them informed throughout the process. My goal is to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible while building relationships that last well beyond the closing table.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, exploring the outdoors with our Blue Heeler, Chloe, golfing, spending time at the lake, and playing piano with my church's worship team.
